Days Nature tour itinerary for Annapurna, Kathmandu & Pokhara: Annapurna Base Camp Trekking/ Ghorepani/ Ghandruk/ NayaPul/ Nepal
Trek from the lowland area with rice terraces, deep into the huge Annapurna massif, through enticing ancient settlements of the ethnic communities of Gurungs, Magars, and Thakalis, & explore the amazing flora and fauna of Annapurna region during this trip.
DAY:Arrival in kathmandu
• Upon your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, the airport representatives from Nepal Planet treks will welcome you and transfer you to the hotel in Kathmandu.
• In the evening, we complete office formalities.
• Your accommodation will be at some Standard Hotel in Kathmandu.
DAY:Sightseeing of kathmandu valley
• We will offer you have a full day guided Kathmandu Valley Sightseeing Tour today.
• We visit some of the world-famous cultural heritages cited in UNESCO World Heritage Cultural Sites.
• We mainly cover Swayambhunath, Boudhanath, Patan Durbar Square, Pashupatinath, and Kathmandu Durbar Square.
DAY:Drive from kathmandu to pokhara (m)by tourist bus
• Today, we take six hours long scenic drive from Kathmandu to Prithvi Highway.
• And we arrive in Pokhara about at afternoon.
• We then check into the hotel in Pokhara and in the remaining time, we visit the Pokhara city and Lakeside.
• We stay overnight at standard hotel in Pokhara on B/B plan.
DAY:Drive to nayapul from pokhara, and then trek to ulleri (m)
• Today, we start our trek from Nayapul, which is just an hour drive from Pokhara.
• We reach at Birethanti after minutes' walk on the Modi stream. Birethanti is an attractive village that has lots of guesthouses.
• We then follow the left route through the village and head to Ulleri following the bank of Burundi stream.
• After that, we climb slightly up to the valley of Hille and Tikhedhunga.
• Our further path leads up to Ulleri where we stay overnight.
DAY:Trek from ulleri to ghorepani (m)
• Our path leads to Ghorepani today.Ghorepani is one of the favored destinations of Annapurna Region.
• Our trek gradually ascends up to Banthali (m) through Oak and bush forest and then we tend to continue trek towards Ghorepani through Nangeythanti.
• We stay overnight at Ghorepani.
DAY:Trek from ghorepani to tadapani (m)
• Today, we climb to Poon Hill (m) early in the morning to enjoy the panoramic views of Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges including Lamjung Himal.
• From Poon Hill, you can enjoy the beautiful sunrise view. Poon Hill is also popularly called as The Photographer's Paradise.
• After taking the beautiful snapshots from Poon Hill, we descend to Ghorepani again.
• And after breakfast, we continue to Tadapani. Our path goes an extended the bushes and beautiful forest of pine until Tadapani.
• We stay overnight at a guesthouse in Tadapani.
DAY:Trek from tadapani to chhomrong (m)
• Our path today descends to Kimrong stream through the forest of rhododendron.
• After that, we walk towards Chhomrong crossing through the Gurung Village.
• Actually, Chhomrong offers you the close-up views of Mount Annapurna South and Himchulialong with the Virgin Peak Fishtail (Machhapuchhre).
• We stay overnight at a local guesthouse.
DAY:Trek from chhomrong to dovan (m)
• Today, we descend to Chhomrong stream and once more ascend up to Dovan passing through the silent bush forest.
• We stay overnight in a local guesthouse.
DAY :Trek from dovan to deurali(m)
• We tend to climb to Deurali through the bush and bamboo forest today.
• We stay overnight at a local guesthouse.
DAY:Trek from deurali to annapurna base camp (abc)(m)
• This day begins with an ascent to Machhapuchhre Base Camp (m) and then to Annapurna Base Camp (ABC). The area is enclosed by the mountains and is understood as Annapurna base camp. Annapurna base camp provides you the spectacular view of mountain range together with Barah Shikhar, Annapurna I and Annapurna South.
• We stay overnight in a normal guest house.
DAY:Trek from abc back to sinuwa (m)
• We eventually trek back to Sinuwa with the memory of Annapurna South along with the whole Annapurna range and ABC.
• We stay overnight at a local guesthouse.
DAY
Trek from sinuwa to jhinu hill(m)
• We are going to take a tub at natural hot spring at Jhinu where we stay overnight at a local guesthouse.
DAY:Trek from jhinu hill to nayapul (m), and then drive back to pokhara(m)
• We complete our trek today as we descend to Nayapul which marks the end of our trek.
• From Nayapul, we drive back to Pokhara.
• And in the evening, you can take your time for shopping or you can explore the city.
• We stay overnight at a standard hotel on B/B plan in Pokhara.
DAY:Drive back to kathmandu from pokhara (m)
• Today, in the morning, we drive back to Kathmandu from Pokhara. It takes approx. 7 hours to arrive in Kathmandu.
• We celebrate the farewell dinner together with Green Valley Nepal Trekking Team.
• We stay overnight at standard hotel on B/B plan.
DAY:Final departure
• Today, you are going to leave Kathmandu.
• Nepal Planet treks ( nepalguideinfo.com ) transfer you to the airport from where you catch the returning flight to your hometown.
