Pro-Tex Security Services, established in 2007 is the largest provider of security personals on the Gold Coast and Tweed Heads region. The company was set up specifically to meet the express demands of both local and interstate clients requiring highly qualified, responsible and experienced security personnel. PRO-TEX Security Services is a corporate member of the Australian Security Industry Association Limited (ASIAL) and the (NSAA) National Security Association Australia (QLD). The company is fully licensed to perform security work in both Queensland and New South Wales and we have developed a strong alliance with local and interstate law enforcement agencies.

Pro-Tex Security Service has two names behind the success of achieving its goal and becoming the best provider of security personals. Our Managing Director Stephen Ikin is the co-founder of PRO-TEX Security Services, and has been involved in the security industry for 18 years. Stephen has completed many specialist courses and training Australia wide including specialist Body Guarding, counter surveillance and tactical firearms, Defense and Restraint Tactics, and holds a diploma in Law and Administration.
And our Director Michael Perske has been involved with the Security industry for 28 years. Michael has been involved in Executive Body guarding and protection assignments Nationally and in Asia. Michael has extensive experience in the organization of Special Event Security and Concert Security specializing in Crowd Management and Protection of special guests (RSVPS).
