"All of us hit confronting and challenging hurdles in our lives and sometimes we are overwhelmed and feel that we are unable to cope alone. This is what it is to be human. We like to believe that we offer a place of understanding, compassion and safety, for people to explore ways of changing aspects of their lives and to develop greater flexibility in living.

To this end, we provide our clients with one-on-one sessions, groups and workshops, all geared to enriching the living experience. One-on-one sessions offer a place where you can sit with your therapist in utmost confidentiality and share the struggles you encounter in your life.

Our workshops are designed to meet a specific collective need or skill set required. They are run periodically and announced via this site, our newsletter, to subscribers of the site and via our Facebook page. Our groups offer a place for people to share challenges in a non-judgmental environment. Growth and change happen through the process of acceptance and connecting with what is going on deeply within ourselves and with others. It takes courage to change our lives and face our difficult places, but the rewards can be enormous. We have run these groups for many years and have witnessed any number of people work through their very difficult stuff and go on to live life in a much gentler and more congruent way.
