Based on these assessment findings a set of goals will be identified and a rehabilitation plan will be developed specifically for you aimed at targeting these goals.
4 Life Exercise Physiology is registered with DVA, Medicare, Workcover, Motor Vehicle Insurance Trust, and all major Private Health Insurance funds.
