EFM Health Club gym in Rostrevor is a small, friendly, suburban Health Club situated on the grounds of Rostrevor College.
Along with all of the latest equipment, we have access to an indoor basketball court and oval. Our fun, friendly, comfortable, non-intimidating club is a great environment for people of all ages to train and get results!
Each day members are presented with a exciting new fitness program which targets all elements of fitness.
Myself (Wade) or my other Fitness Coach Lisa, are here every session to help you through every step of the daily program, we call it ‘Personal Fitness Coaching’ which is like a cheap version of having a personal trainer. Another great benefit of our EFM is that you become part of a fit and healthy network of like minded people who are supportive and encouraging.
I am always open to people coming in for a free trial to experience the difference. Meet me, see the club and try a program. We have helped 100s of people to date and will only keep doing so because we love it!
