What we can do for $4 per hour Trial
1. Ordertaking
You have a product or service that people call to purchase or book. We can take these calls 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. (Airline bookings, Travel bookings, Infomercials, etc)
2. Answering/ Messaging Service
You receive a call from a potential client from your advertising. You are on a Meeting or Driving and can't answer your phone. Customer moves on to your competitor and with it goes $10,000 worth of work. We can answer these calls for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Delivered via Call/Email/Text/SMS.
3. Inbound Customer Service/ Technical Support/ Sales Support/ Chat Support/ After Hours Chat Support
We are able to spend quality time for your entire Customer base 24 hrs a day, 7 days a week and supply detailed reporting.
4. Data Entry
You work under a mountain of paperwork, Excel Spreadsheets, or PDF documents that are required to be entered in various online software platforms or in-house software. Scan and email/FTP to us daily and let us organize it for you.
5. Quality assurance/ Sales Verification
You are an active call centre or other profession and require your call recordings to be audited, renamed or converted to other formats with different details. (Email or FTP delivered)
6. Recording Transcription
You require a recorded conversation (Medical or Legal) to be converted from voice to typed document. (Email or FTP delivered)
7. Web Development, Search Engine Optimization, Content Writers
Do you have presence on the Internet offering your products? If you do are you placing well on Google or Yahoo? We can help get instant traffic right now. More customers are buying from the internet than ever before, if you don't have web presence, people won't find you.
Basically anything that doesn't require full time outbound calls (Telesales, Telemarketing not included in this option).
