We offer FREE 'Check before you Lodge' Expression of Interest (EOI) service. We will check your EOI application meets the necessary requirements to ensure the registration process is accurately submitted from the outset with personal information and claims.
We offer a Premier Services for your EOI to stand out from the crowd! Our premier service covers everything from start to finish. For your complete piece of mind, Thames Migration will take care of your application completely. A Registered Migration Agent will be assigned to your case, prepare and lodge the EOI and/or visa application on your behalf, liaise with the relevant processing authorities and keep you informed of the progress of your application.
SkillSelect is a major change to how Australia manages its skilled migration program. Thames Migration will advise and map out the most suitable pathway, assist, monitor and keep you abreast every step of the way with the immigration process from EOI, invitation and lodgement stages until a decision is made on your appilcation.


Nomination by a state or territory government applications
State and territory government agencies will have access to SkillSelect. If you are interested in being nominated by a state or territory government for this visa. If you are interested in a particular state you will have an option to indicate this state, or you may choose to be available to all states if you do not have a preference.
If the state/territory government nominates you, you will automatically receive an invitation from SkillSelect to apply for a visa.

Thames Migration is led by Hannibal Khoury (MARN: 0426562) an Australian citizen, lived most of my life in Adelaide, and worked for the Department of Immigration and Citizenship among other State and Commonwealth government departments. Hannibal is also a member of the Migration Alliance and a Registered Migration Agent with the Migration Agents Registration Authority of Australia (OMARA) and subject to their Code of Conduct. He is an experienced registered agent who lives and works in the UK. He has many years of experience managing complex immigration matters including successful migration tribunal appeals and Health Waivers.
He leads the Thames team of agents in the United Kingdom. The Thames team will handle your case professionally, thoroughly and promptly.

2.17 If an application under the Migration Act or the Migration Regulations is vexatious or grossly unfounded (for example, an application that has no hope of success) a registered migration agent:
(a) must not encourage the client to lodge the application; and
(b) must advise the client in writing that, in the agent’s opinion, the application is vexatious or grossly unfounded; and
(c) if the client still wishes to lodge the application - must obtain written acknowledgment from the client of the advice given under paragraph (b).
