Not Able to configure and install webmails in to other clients account

1) Collect information: Before starting the users have to collect information such as
• Incoming mail server (IMAP or POP3) and port
• Outgoing mail server (SMTP) and port
• Security settings (SSL/TLS)

7) Verify DNS Settings: After the security settings is correctly configured then the users have to check and make sure that the DNS settings for the domain are also correctly configured.
