Paula is a qualified remedial Massage Therapist, registered with the Australian Association of Massage Therapists, WorkSafe Victoria and most health funds. She specialises in a branch of remedial therapy known as SLM Bodywork which combines deep tissue massage, nutrition, exercise and rehabilitation yoga to assist clients restore circulation, functionality and balance to their muscular system. She also teaches the Intu-flow series of mobility exercises.
Her clientèle ranges from infants, young children experiencing "growing pains", teenagers with postural discomfort, athletes & sports professionals, women transitioning through pregnancy, clients with work-related injuries, clerical workers, chronic pain sufferers, to the elderly confronted with degenerative changes - in fact, anyone looking for wholistic resolution to their experience of pain and/or discomfort.
