Self-defence and Aikido Introductory Course starts on Tuesday 5th March 6pm, at Ferry Road West End, Aikido Yoshinkan Brisbane Dojo. The course goes for four weeks and is designed for any beginners to learn the basic skills of self-defence in a fun and friendly environment.
