We operate fully online, we do not have shop front. We do not hold any stocks, most of our orders are shipped directly to our customers via a drop ship method arranged with the various suppliers, from their warehouses, we are very seldom out of stock. All dispatches are express, customers are advised of dispatch and delivery is tracked and confirmed with customer. An email receipt is provided to the customer with details for health fund claims.
