Denis and Dawn Low began operating Low’s Blinds and Curtains in . They built up a very successful business servicing Toowoomba, Warwick and the Darling Downs, regularly manufacturing and shipping orders to remote clients in the far west. Upon their decision to retire in , Judy Goldsworthy decided to purchase the business.
