Dr Milovic’s philosophy is to provide his patients with personalised, compassionate care for complete recovery, regular follow ups and is available to his patients after hours for urgent concerns. As a boutique practice, we do not aim to treat patients as numbers. Rather, Dr Milovic approaches each patient’s cosmetic concerns and needs with individual attention, and our practice staff similarly focus on providing a personalised service. We don’t just say this – we mean it. Patients should not feel pressured to have surgery, including offers of financial incentives (eg cheap or discounted surgery) or limited time deals. These do not come within Dr Milovic’s model of patient treatment and care. Patients should expect continuous aftercare and feel free to contact our practice at any time, should they have any concerns after their surgery.
