Van de Ven Professional DJs & Lighting (VDV) is owned and operated by DJ, Nicholas Van de Ven. Nick has been a DJ since he was in school, starting by providing music for both school events and private parties. Following his graduation, Nick was fortunate enough to meet another local DJ who provided him the opportunity to work professionally every weekend. Working alongside this local business owner, Nick was given the freedom to practice his DJ and lighting talents at weddings, Christmas parties, kids’ parties, corporate events and even larger events such as, “Brisbane’s Riverfire.” Nick is an Associate member of the Disc Jockey Alliance of Australasia, also known as DJAA. This role requires its DJs to fit a strict criteria of professionalism and talent, in order to become a member. VDV Professional DJs & Lighting has been excelling in the mobile DJ industry over the past few years. Our DJs bring to your event, a wealth of knowledge and care. Our team has become known for their professionalism and friendliness around Australia, New Zealand, America and China. VDV has a personalised approach when it comes to handling every job. Our team is there with you from the very start, supporting you all through the planning stages, and will be there to help break down after the event has wrapped up. We aren’t just your DJ and lighting specialist… we are your entertainment director, event planner, master of ceremonies, lighting guru and above all, a friend.
