Stable Stop is Australia’s online hay marketplace; a place that connects sellers and buyers of hay in one location.
Sellers include feed and produce stores who may deliver within km of their store, large farms which may travel km+ from their location to service larger orders, and small private sellers who may be cutting the odd paddock here and there on their properties.
A seller lists their product(s) for sale, with details including the type of hay (grass hay, lucerne hay, oaten hay, rye and clover hay etc), minimum and maximum order quantity, and delivery distance.
Buyers use the search filter to search for hay for sale that meet their requirements (including the type of hay, price and location). Sellers’ products that meet the search criteria and then displayed for viewing.
Once a buyer finds a bale of hay they want, they add the quantity required to their cart. Buyers can continue shopping and add multiple bales from multiple sellers if needed. On checkout, the buyer selects their three preferred delivery times, and pays securely via credit card (see our Security Policy here). The order is then sent to the seller who will confirm their delivery date/time based on the buyer’s preferences (the buyer is notified by email once the order and delivery details are confirmed). The order is then delivered by the seller.
