I provide therapy for adults with a range of issues including: low mood/depression, bipolar disorder; anxiety; grief and loss, anger management; self-esteem as well as work-related issues. I also work with couples and parents who are adjusting to change in their relationships such as loss of trust, loss of intimacy; parenting after separation, retirement, becoming a carer. I facilitate group programs, including groups to enhance attachment security between parents and children, groups to support adults recovering from trauma and depression as well as suicide prevention programs. Outside my private practice, I teach at the Australian College of Applied Psychology.
