Happy Hot Yoga has come to Woy Woy located on the Central Coast of NSW to help enrich lives of the people of our community. Owner Carla Simpson is very passionate about health and fitness, both physically and spiritually. Carla seeks to share this with everyone in her local community so they can also benefit from living a day to day healthier cleaner life.
