Helen Mason & Associates is an independent psychological practice in Lambton, Newcastle specialising in confidential, client focused interventions. Helen has worked for the past fifteen years as a psychologist and the foundation of her practise is based on the principles of respect, collaboration an honesty learned while a Lifeline Counsellor many years ago. Since then she has trained in a variety of therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and Mindfulness (DBT), Interpersonal Psychotherapy and hypnosis and provides therapy and treatment for a range of issues.
