Hillcroft Farms consists of hectares in the mm rainfall zone, situated kms south east of Perth and kilometres north-west of Narrogin.
Dawson and Greta Bradford have owned Hillcroft Farms since , along with their son Dawson since and with his wife Lisa since . Dawson and Lisa took over the management of Hillcroft Farms in , whilst Dawson and Greta continue to manage the sheep breeding enterprises along with their off farm pursuits.
Permanent staff of fifteen is employed along with casual seasonal staff to run the extensive operation, which focuses on quality and safety in crop and animal production, whilst achieving high economic returns
Hillcroft Farms is a diversified and integrated business, which captures and makes the most of the locality and the natural resources of the area.

• A cropping program consisting of 3,ha, to barley, oats, canola and hay.
• A ewe Ultra White flock for easy-care maternal and terminal breeding sires.
• A sow breeding to finishing piggery.
• A ewe wool shedding self replacing commercial Ultrawhite ewe flock for lamb production.
Hillcroft Farms was home to one of the highest performing Poll Dorset Flocks in Australia and New Zealand, sold in early to Tom Bull of Lambpro Stud, Holebrook NSW and Collyn Garnett of Curlew Creek, Gnowangerup, WA.
