Our services are supported by medicare and Private Health Medicare Rebates: Please check if you are eligible to access rebates. Our counselling sessions are supported by Medicare when you have a referral from your GP, Psychiatrist or Paediatrician. You can have Medicare rebates for sessions when your GP gives you a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP). To get a referral you will need to make an appointment with your GP and complete a Mental Health Care Plan. It would help if you can tell the GP’s receptionist that you want a referral to a Psychologist as it takes about mins for the doctor to discuss this with you.
