You can feel free to open up to a professional in your own time without the pressure of having family and friends knowing your true feelings and weaknesses. The point of EMPOWER is to overcome those uncertain feelings and work through your weaknesses. And you don't have to do it all by yourself. We can work through it together so you have somebody to lean on when you need the extra strength. It's counselling for men.
