Cheryl is a specialist in Counselling Psychology with training and extensive experience over years in a wide range of issues. She has a keen interest in providing relationship and personal counselling to individuals and couples.
Cheryl focuses on assisting people to deal with life’s difficulties and she is passionate about helping people improve their emotional health so they can break free from the grip of emotional pain. She inspires hope, confidence and empowerment in people to tackle their difficulties and move towards positive outcomes.
Cheryl offers a quality professional service in a supportive and safe environment. She works with clients to achieve practical and sensible outcomes in a relatively short time. She draws strategies from a variety of psychological therapies and they are customised to the unique needs of each client.
Cheryl works with adults (individuals and couples) and she also has broad experience counselling children and adolescents in schools."
