Black Lotus Studios is a welcoming Iyengar yoga and natural therapies centre in Enmore, Sydney, Australia.
Our yoga classes are the backbone of the studio. We have two teaching rooms with classes and courses for beginners right through to teacher training and kids yoga. Black Lotus teachers are certified in the BKS Iyengar method and train regularly with senior Iyengar teacher Peter Thomson and the Iyengar family in Pune, India.
We also have a natural therapies clinic with a range of hand picked highly skilled therapists, body workers and other teachers who are proud to be part of the Black Lotus team. Massage, physiotherapy, acupuncture, clinical Pilates and much more is available.
Our studio also hosts a range of other events including meditation courses, guest teachers and other workshops.
