I'm a Bowen & Remedial therapist with a passion for the natural therapies and holistic health care. I am in the process of completing a degree (B.HSc) in Naturopathy at Southern School of Natural Therapies in Fitzroy.
I've been in the natural therapies industry since , but came here via a detour. I was working as an interior and lighting designer for 7 years prior. Even then I always had an interest in health care, completing my thesis on the beneficial effects of lighting in pre-/and postnatal care environments.
I dedicate my practice to find your inner healer and to enable you to re-establish and maintain optimal health and wellbeing. I specialise in stress relief and associated musculoskeletal dysfunctions, such as neck, shoulder and jaw (TMJ) pain.
My treatments incorporate various techniques ranging from Bowen therapy, Relaxation, Remedial and Sports massage, Cupping, Trigger point therapy, and Myofascial release techniques."
