CoolSteel Fabrication products include:
• Custom refrigerated cabinets and cool rooms – site-specific cabinets for both back-of-house and front-of-house applications. CoolSteel makes under-bench fridges. Cake displays, pie warmers, bains-marie, salad displays fish and meat cold plates and cool rooms.
• Food preparation benches and worktops. Cool Steel creates custom benches to optimise the use of workspaces of any shape.
• Outdoor kitchens and food handling equipment, including welded-in sinks, splashbacks, kickboards and drop-down barbecue areas. CoolSteel also fabricates built-in custom bar fridges.
For added protection against corrosion in maritime areas, CoolSteel recommends the use of Grade steel.
CoolSteel will also refurbish and adapt existing equipment to improve the efficiency of a kitchen.
