Access Property Management was started by Shirley Smith, who realised that that there was a strong demand for an agency dedicated to property management, which could connect investment properties in Perth with the growing body of high-quality tenants arising from an increasingly mobile corporate/executive sector whose needs were handled by specialist relocation companies. Shirley believed there was a need in this sector for higher standards of customer care and focus. Shirley’s daughter Stacy Whiting joined her mother in the new business, and together they created a well-organised and efficient agency around the values of integrity and ethical conduct.
When Shirley succumbed in to cancer, Stacy and her husband Mark Whiting maintained the business, attracting a strong team of educated and experienced real estate professionals. Stacy and Mark’s hands-on management style emphasises continuing education and team cohesion.
