Peta began teaching Yoga in and has taught large groups of over to the more personalised one on one teaching. Peta teaches Vinyasa flow as well as incorporating the many different types she has studied and practised over the years, which includes:

1. ✴Vinyasa Flow.
2. ✴The alignment of Iyengar Yoga.
3. ✴The creativity of Oki Do Yoga.
4. ✴The connection of partner Yoga and circle Yoga.
5. ✴Chair Yoga & very gentle Yoga sequences for people with limited mobility.
6. ✴The giving & receiving of Zen Thai Shiatsu.

Peta’s classes include postures to open and strengthen the body, pranayama (breath exercises) to effortlessly guide the mind to stillness and deep relaxation. Peta invites her students to practice consciously, to listen to their own innate wisdom, to connect to their deeper self, to open their heart and to bring an attitude of gratitude and inner connection to their practice.
