Chronic Disease Management: Doctors refer patients under a CDM referral for chronic diseases (eg diabetes, osteoporosis, etc). See your doctor for further details.
Private clients: If you require 1-on-1 for small group exercise programs, you can visit us without a referral. We treat all clients with needs ranging from weight loss to sports performance to injury rehabilitation.
Work Cover: NJF Exercise Physiologists in Hervey Bay are trained to provide WorkCover services. Doctors referral required.
