The Orthotic Clinic is a private orthotics practice specialising in the assessment, manufacturing, fitting and review of foot orthotics and bracing for all joints of the body. We are located in East Bentleigh and have been providing orthotic services to hospitals and the general public of Melbourne's Southeast region since .

About David Dzienciol
Our head orthotist David graduated with a Bachelor of Prosthetics & Orthotics (Honours) from La Trobe University in . He has over 9 years experience as a clinician, covering a broad range of orthopaedic issues across public and private health care systems. In August , David was presented both his Honours thesis and final year independent research project at the th International Society of Prosthetics & Orthotics (ISPO) Congress in Hong Kong. He opened his own practice, The Orthotic Clinic, in December .
David places heavy emphasis on client education, and believes that two-way communication is the key to successful treatment. “If a patient understands exactly what the problem is and how it can be treated, they are more likely to play an active role in the process. This maximises our ability to achieve the best results, and meet our clients’ expectations”.
In addition to his clinical training, David is a fully qualified orthotic technician, allowing him to manufacture custom-made orthotics himself, rather than outsourcing them. This ensures that all orthotics are made to his exacting standards, and are designed to address the specific needs of his patients.
