I Lost kg's
This program really assisted me in changing my mindset. I have made some huge changes in my life. I now deal with stress in a better way (really I don't get overly stressed anymore) I work more efficiently and a lot smarter. But the main thing for me is changing the way I think about food and my body. I have been on a weight loss journey for over years and last year I lost kg in a five month period, WOW!
Not only was I able to lose the weight quickly because of my changed mindset thanks to Beyond Freedom, I have been able to keep it off too.

Since starting this program i have become a better person. I lost 8kg with out even trying now onto my next challange to lose 5 more and then I will be at my goal weight. At once stage I did not even think I could make my first goal and after arriving there I felt on top of the world.
With personal development I am now creating a better life.
