Dealing with Ultimate Kitchens and Bathrooms was a completely stressful experience. They delivered a substandard product at a premium price. % of the total cost was demanded before the renovation was finished; once this payment was received there was no incentive for Ultimate Kitchens and Bathrooms to finish the job to an adequate standard. The project was poorly managed, was not delivered on time and was over budget. Tradespeople did not arrive on site on the days specified and then arrived when completely unexpected. Some contracted items were either not installed or were installed damaged. After 2 months of waiting, the job was left incomplete while the business owner/project manager went on an overseas holiday for a month. We got tired of waiting for the job to be completed and had to hire our own tradespeople, at our own cost, to finish the job and fix the problems caused by this company.
