Sequel Home Based Care is a provider of aged care and disability services designed to encourage and support people to continue living a safe and meaningful life in their own home.
Sequel is driven by the philosophy that the wellbeing of each individual client is best served by empowering the client, in conjunction with their family, to be the main decision maker determining their lifestyle choices. With the client having significant input, life at home can continue to be meaningful and rich, despite declining capacities.
The support services provided by Sequel maintains the client’s engagement with lifelong passions and interests and also helps normalise family relationships that are often placed under additional stress through increase dependence on family members.
Sequel’s support services can be configured in many ways that include respite care, disability care, palliative care, home care, assistance with meal preparation and transport services.
